Scan the QR code the host has on the door or on screen. That takes you straight in — you pick a display name, sync your music taste in a few taps, and you're voting. You can also open the app and type the event code by hand.

No account is required to join. It never has been.

That's expected — Vibe plays the music through the host's speakers, not yours. Your phone is the remote control, not the stereo. Your votes shape what everyone hears next.

No, and you shouldn't. Pocket Mode gives you two huge tap zones you can hit through a pocket, each confirmed by a haptic you feel rather than see — one pulse for yes, two ticks for no. On Android the volume buttons vote with the screen off entirely.

One thing: your linked streaming taste follows you automatically into every party you join, so you skip the taste picker at the door. That's it. Everything else works signed out.

In the app: Account → Delete account. On the web: aivibe.space/account. It's immediate and permanent — your sign-in, every linked streaming service, and your saved taste profile all go. No email required, no waiting period.

Party data is deleted automatically 24 hours after the event ends. We run no analytics, no ad network, and no cross-app tracking. The privacy policy spells out every field we keep and for how long.

Some music services don't open their APIs to small apps. Apple Music is fully supported. Spotify limits new apps to a handful of allow-listed users. Amazon Music's API is an invite-only closed beta we're waiting on. Pandora has no third-party API at all.

You can always pick your taste by hand instead — it takes about fifteen seconds and works just as well.

Ask us first — email the address above. Playing music publicly at a business needs performance licensing (ASCAP/BMI/SESAC), and consumer streaming subscriptions don't cover commercial use. We'd rather help you get it right than have you find out later.
